Trials

First-Time Purchase Refunds

For first-time subscriptions you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge if the Service did not meet your needs. Contact billing@trihill.co or use your Paddle receipt to contact Paddle Buyer Support. Include your order number.

Renewals

Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid renewal, cancel before the next billing date (access continues until the end of the current term). Where required by law, additional rights may apply.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: charges apply immediately or are prorated as shown at checkout.
  • Downgrades: take effect on the next billing cycle; no retroactive refunds.

Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges

Report within 30 days. If confirmed, we will issue a full refund.

Service Credits

If we have a documented, material outage that significantly impacts you, we may offer a reasonable service credit instead of a cash refund.

Email billing@trihill.co or reply to your Paddle receipt with your order number, purchase email, and a short description of the issue.

Local Laws

Your statutory rights are not affected. We honor any additional rights provided by your local law.
