Covered sites: These Terms apply to all websites, apps, and services operated by Trihill, including trihill.co and any product domains or subdomains we operate (collectively, the “Service”). If a particular product has its own terms, those control for that product.

Agreement

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

  • Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing, Taxes

  • The Service may be offered on a paid subscription; prices and billing intervals appear at checkout or on our pricing page.
  • Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing/receipts, and tax calculation; “PADDLE” may appear on your statement.
  • Applicable taxes and government charges may be collected as required by law.

Trials, Plan Changes, Cancellation

  • Trials last for the period stated at sign-up; continuing after a trial requires a paid plan.
  • You can upgrade/downgrade in account settings; changes take effect immediately or next cycle as stated at checkout.
  • You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current paid term.

Refunds

Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to break the law, violate privacy or IP rights, send spam, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass security, or reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content as needed to provide the Service and as you direct.

Confidentiality

We will only use or disclose confidential information to provide the Service, comply with law, or with permission. You agree to protect our confidential information.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (including Paddle for payments). Their terms govern your use of them. We aren’t responsible for third-party services.

Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal or security reasons. Sections that should survive termination will survive.

Export & Sanctions

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a restricted jurisdiction.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
